Bartender/Server
- Maintains a professional and positive demeanor.
- Welcomes and greets our patrons.
- Keeps all work areas clean.
- Stock and complete bar inventory.
- Maintains bar "mise en place", cleans and sanitizes tableware.
- Ensure dining room is set and ready for service at all times.
- Make menu suggestions and take patron orders.
- Makes order corrections and ensures patron satisfaction.
- Provides exemplary tabel service.
- Makes suggestions for improvement to front of house supervisor and bar manager.
- Communicates with kitchen supervisor and line cooks as required.
- Processes check out and patron payments.
- Maintain sanitation , health and safety standards in work areas.
- May be required to stand, sit or bend for extended periods of time.
- Must be available to work a rotating shift to support the Casino hours of operations (holidays and weekend included)
- Must be able to work in a fast paced environment.
- Ability to lift 20-lbs
- Ability to work in a high-temperature kitchen for an extended period.
- Must be 19 years or over.
- High school diploma or equivalency.
- Demonstrated abilities in food preparation and service.
- Strong time-management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment.
- Bilingual English and French is essential.
- Knowledge of Casino operations and policies.
- Responsible Beverage training
- Food and safety training.
